Lasertag (also known as <a href=\"https:\/\/how-i-met-your-mother.fandom.com\/de\/wiki\/Lasertag\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Barney Stinson<\/a>) is a highly active game for young and old and requires accuracy, strategic thinking, and team spirit. Our certified trainers Markus Wahl, Besnik Gllogjani, Anne Henning, and our HR manager Lisa B\u00fcchsenstein also took part.<\/p>\n<p>Our 9-member group started the trainee outing with breakfast in G\u00e4rtringen. At 1 p.m. we continued to the <em>Laserbase <\/em>Sindelfingen. Once on site, the teams were randomly mixed. They had to prove their skills and endurance over 3 rounds of 20 minutes each. For Besjan, who took first place, it was a lucky day.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>End of the day in the old town pub &#8220;Funzel&#8221;<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-12850 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.impreg.de\/wpi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Old-town-pub-Funzel-in-Sindelfingen.jpg\" alt=\"Old town pub Funzel in Sindelfingen\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.impreg.de\/wpi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Old-town-pub-Funzel-in-Sindelfingen.jpg 400w, https:\/\/www.impreg.de\/wpi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Old-town-pub-Funzel-in-Sindelfingen-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In keeping with the tradition of a good day out, we rounded off the day with dinner together. We decided on the traditional Sindelfingen old town restaurant &#8220;Funzel&#8221;, which is known for its cozy atmosphere, delicious food, and large portions.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conclusion &amp; feedback on the trainee excursion<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Luca and Okan did a great job planning an exciting day for the trainees. Their experience of more than two years at IMPREG certainly helped them. All participants had a memorable and varied day and were able to get to know each other better.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;The excursion was a lot of fun and we got to know each other. In addition, the food was wonderful!&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The apprentice excursion was a blast and pure fun! The trainers, the older trainees, and the newly hired trainees all became closer! I thought the organization of the day was flawless and everything was included &#8211; top!&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>At this point, we would also like to reach out to Baris, Bejan, and Nermin and say: Welcome and thank you for joining the IMPREG team.
