At the 14th of May 2011 took place a practice demonstration of the
uv light curing equipment under the direction of Mr. Oliver Vorlop.
This demo was a part of the seminar "certified pipe rehabilitation
consultant".
Training contents in particular the structure of the material and
characteristics of the iMPREG liner and the execution, storage,
transport of material for the job site.
Besides installation steps and temperature gradients were analyzed
and the characteristics of an interior foil were described. The training
course consisted in principle of a theory and a practice part.
In the theory the characteristics and the structure of the iMPREG
liner became, as well as the execution of the redevelopment, storage
and transport describe.
In the practical part of the advisor training course besides a test
installation of a DN300 was demonstrated. The participants of the
ZKS of training course could make themselves so once a live
overview of the UV light hardness technology and after-pursue the
complete hardening process.
We wish a successful completing of the course to all participants of
the ZKS of course and hope naturally for a good vocational
perspective!
