Quality through control
Today, quality assurance is at the heart of every production process. The monitoring and documenting of the production process and the inspection of all raw materials used guarantee the promised properties of the end product. The requirements for hose lining in the trench-free pipe rehabilitation field are so high that they can only be met if a functioning quality management system is in place. The process of producing the iMPREGLiner is subject to certified management systems such as the following: • Quality management as per DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 • Environmental management as per DIN EN ISO 14001:2005 The consistent inspection and documentation of used raw materials form the basis for controlled production processes. All used materials are tested in accordance with test specifications and are released for production if suitable. Both the production process and the subsequent installation procedure for our products aim to protect the environment through the emission-free, energy-saving processing of materials. In addition to our own quality assurance measures at the company´s laboratory, the properties of our products are regularly checked by certified institutions. The iMPREGLiner is approved by the DIBt (German Institute for Construction Technology) with number Z-42.3-365 and is thus subject to inspection by an accredited test laboratory. Siebert+Knipschild GmbH - a synthetics technology engineering firm based in Oststeinbek - performs this inspection for iMPREG. Our certificate of compliance ("Ü mark") is regularly extended following a successful inspection. Naturally, the iMPREGLiner has all test certificates and approvals required for a modern hose liner.
