DN 1500 - iMPREG GFK Inliner with UV curing In collaboration with ProKasro Mechatronik GmbH we cured successfully a liner in size of DN 1500 on our testing site at Ammerbuch. Based on a request of one of our customers iMPREG started to develop a new liner in size of DN 1500. We reconstruced our GL01 liner in a slightely modified way to assure the statical specifications and the stability of great size of DN 1500. ProKasro Mechatronik GmbH developped a specific construction for the light source (8 x 1000 Watt) to assure a uniform curing in such a great dimension. Our in-house test laboratory has demonstrated, that samples of cured liner has good statical stability (flexural modulus) and are impermeable. News overview
