8th Deutscher Schlauchlinertag back in Hannover Back in Hannover During creating the 1st Deutscher Schlauchlinertag in 2001 in Hannover in was evident for both, initiator Dipl. Franz Hoppe and promoter Dr. Igor Borovski (TAH), that this conference will be a a success. To this day the annual conference has been established to a must for the sewage experts (up to 600 experts!). The conferences have supported many developments in the range of sewer rehabilitation and have made the sewer rehabilitation to a standard method. In this year (27th april 2010) the 8th conference is back at the place of origin: In the Convention Center Hannover Discussing and knowing the status quo of sewer rehabilitation is always an interesting subject. One evidenece is the fact that all tickets are always sold off. Dr. Igor Borovsky and Dipl.-Ing. Franz Hoppe expect a further success from the conference in this year. The slogan of the conference shows, that classical arguments of sewer rehabilitation are still valid: "Sewer rehabilitation creates future, protects nature and saves money". Whereas the policy slowly regognices that sewers are a great communal capital which need attention the sewer rehabilitation technology gives answers to questions which results from increased ecoloical awareness and low budget funds The sewer rehabilitation technology is also suitable to increase the lifetime of existing sewer networks. Using the sewer rehabilitation technology in time the efficiency of sewers can be increased and the fees explosion can be minimized.
