DATA PROTECTION DECLARATION

iMPREG GmbH is, in accordance with Section 5 Paragraph 1 of the German Teleservices Act of 22 July 1997 (GDSA), responsible for its “own content” that is provided for use, in accordance with general laws.

A distinction is made between our own content and links to content from other providers. iMPREG GmbH is only responsible for this third-party content if iMPREG knew about it (including unlawful or criminal content) and it was technically possible and reasonable to prevent its use (Section 5 Paragraph 2 German Teleservices Act). Links are however always “living” (dynamic) references. iMPREG GmbH has, when initially linking, checked the third-party content to see if there is possible civil or criminal liability. However Impreg is not obliged, in accordance with the German Teleservices Act, to constantly check the content that is referenced to see if it there are changes that may cause liability. Only if it is established or pointed out by others that there actually a link that provides content that may cause civil or criminal liability, the reference to this link is removed insofar as this is technically possible and reasonable.

iMPREG GmbH is responsible for the content of iMPREG’s own WebIM pages and data-protection-compliant handling of the data processed when the pages are visited. The subsequent statements on the implementation of data protection principles and laws are applicable for all WebIM pages for which iMPREG GmbH is responsible. iMPREG WebIM pages can contain links to WebIM pages of business partners and/or other providers, for which iMPREG GmbH assumes no liability (see above).
