FOUNDING OF IMPREG HOLDING APS

An investment group of six shareholders recognises the significance of trenchless sewer rehabilitation with pipe liner technology as a growth technology of the future and founds iMPREG Holding ApS as a parent company. The production site was chosen in the core market of Germany.

1999

FOUNDING OF IMPREG GMBH IN WETZLAR

The start of production of the iMPREGLiners for steam curing and acquisition of the first customers in Germany and Europe.

2001

RELOCATION OF THE PRODUCTION SITE TO DECKENPFRONN

In Deckenpfronn, there was a 2,000 m² site available, which allowed us to expand our capacity.

2002

INTRODUCTION OF THE IMPREGLINER FOR UV CURING

As a result of early recognition of the market trend towards UV curing, we were able to grow further and acquire new customers.

2006

RELOCATION TO THE CURRENT PRODUCTION SITE AT AMMERBUCH

The continued good growth made another relocation to Ammerbuch necessary. Here we had 3,500 m² of production floorspace available.

2009

FOUNDING OF IMPREG INTERNATIONAL A/S IN DENMARK

The increase in significance of international business made the founding of a separate sales company possible.

2011

EXPANSION OF PRODUCTION CAPACITY IN AMMERBUCH

Production grew to twice the area; a second hall with an area of 6,000 m² was built.

2012

FOUNDING OF THE DÜSSELDORF OFFICE

Customer service, sales, application technology and marketing will be controlled centrally from Düsseldorf in the future.

2013

MARKET LAUNCH OF THE IMPREGLINER GL13 UP TO DN 1500

With the production of glass-fibre pipe liners bigger than DN 1200, we are creating a unique selling point in an economically-interesting segment.

THE DÜSSELDORF OFFICE STARTS TRADING AS AN INDEPENDENT SALES COMPANY

With the founding of iMPREG International GmbH in Düsseldorf, the iMPREG Group is consistently expanding its international sales operation. Düsseldorf is now the new contact point for EU customers.
